Henon-Heiles Poincare Section (Parallel Codes)





This is the collection of C programs that I had written to plot the poincare section of the Henon-Heiles system. The generated data can also be seen in the subpage. Usually, I write codes in C and MATLAB. Parallel programs are executed in C using MPI. Then the result is stored into a *.dat files which is then loaded to MATLAB  and it is utilized to get the desired plots.
